1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included

  • The item is in resalable condition

  • You have a valid receipt or order number


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Digital goods, downloads, or software licenses

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”


3. Exchange Policy

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange, depending on availability.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.


6. How to Request a Return

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card or payment provider
